Know-how protection for trusted heterogeneous electronic systems with chiplets

The aim of the project is to secure the functionality of the overall system and make it trustworthy and secure for the end user. The functions of individual chips are distributed and integrated over several so-called chiplets. In this way, the functionality and layout as well as the intellectual property will be concealed from third parties. New guidelines for electronics design and new integration and communication concepts are being developed for this purpose. The functionality will be demonstrated on a radar system for driver assistance systems.
